Tiffany Shores Board
Feb 7, 2026
Highlights from 2025 annual meeting
GENERAL RESIDENTS MEETING
Discussion on Road Resurface-Board will try to contact Township and see if we are on an improvement plan.
Notice to walkers who want to walk at dawn/dusk/dark...PLEASE WEAR REFLECTIVE CLOTHING
While there are no covenant restrictions on when you can or can't mow your lawn...please try to be considerate of neighbors.
A question was raised about internet service providers. Spectrum is primary simply because they were the only game in town 30 years ago and ran the cable. Only other options would be cellular through Verizon or T-Mobile. A couple members indicated very good speed/service with T-Mobile. This is nothing that the association controls.
If you have NOT received an email from Waveland, please contact them to setup your portal link.
Please document all issues through Waveland and the portal.
Question about parking on roads. Nothing in covenants prevents parking on roads. There are some restrictions by township/county on parking within proximity of fire hydrants, corners, entrances.
Concern on speed of drivers. We will contact township about posting a speed limit and/or caution signs at entrances even if paid for by Tiffany.
POND OWNERS
8 treatments were done in 2025, 6 of them included Algae treatment. Overall we had minimal blooms compared to years ago. Continue to try and be proactive on communication with PLM.
We have an invasive species called Phragmites. It is tall reed with a wispy head that contains the seeds. PLM did a treatment late fall but all the seeds in the heads will not be affected. Urge everyone to manually cut the heads off before spring to minimize the spread.
3 fountains need to get out for Preventative Maintenance. We have one backup fountain at Jeff Pfosts.
1 aerator needs rebuilding. Amy will ask if Waveland Maintenance team can provide some of these services.
Comments from owners on fish population being down as well as duck population.
