Tiffany Shores is a neighborhood comprised of 150 home owners ranging from young families to retirees. Its meandering streets are populated by mature, native trees and it sports three, ground-water fed, man-made ponds named Tiffany, Mallard, and Pintail. It maintains an open, natural ambiance surrounding individually built custom homes. The neighborhood started in 1990 and grew to its current, and final scale over the course of 20 years and seven development phases.
Tiffany Shores is located in Park Township, Ottawa County, Michigan. Beautiful Lake Michigan (and Holland State Park) is one mile west, Lake Macatawa is one mile south, and the city of Holland is three miles east.
Property in Tiffany Shores is subject to Declarations of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. It is governed by the Tiffany Shores Home Owners Association, Inc. which is a non-profit corporation with Bylaws. The Tiffany Shores HOA contracts BVW Property Management to administer the day to day duties typically performed by the Board.
